Creating Your Best Life Workshop Series with Tene Wells

Are you ready to create your best life?

Welcome! The Creating Your Best Life Worskhop Series consists of three modules, with the primary goal being for you to realize and manifest your best possible life. Each workshop consists of a video, worksheet, key points, and action steps.

Be sure to take your time completing each workshop. Try to resist the urge to rush through the process. For example, when creating your vision board, take time to dream big! After all, you are in charge of your own vision. Start with Workshop 1, and end at 3. Start each activity by watching the video as many times as you want, then move on to the activities.

If you have any questions or are interested in personalized coaching, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at tene@tenewells.com.

This workshop is free to use through December 31, 2021 to anyone residing in Minneapolis. Please bookmark this page in your browser to access the materials anytime.

Harriet Tubman, the Moses of African American people, manifested a life of a freed person, at a time in history when the economic value of black bodies drove us into a civil war. Her life is a testament to the power of manifesting our dreams into a reality.

Workshop 1: Create a Vision for Your Future

One way to change your circumstances is to create a new vision of your life. Workshop 1 will teach you about the power of a vision board, how to create a vision board and inspire you to construct your own vision board.

Tene Says...

Where do you want to go and what do you want to do in life? Remember, this is your life. Dream big and dream bigger! You deserve to live a big, beautiful, bold, best life!

Before proceeding to Workshop 2:

Answer the prompts provided in the video. Take time to create your vision board and display it somewhere you will see every day.

Workshop 2: Building Your Capacity

To manifest your life, business career, or take the next step in life, you need to grow your capacity. Each of us begins with a degree of capacity, and as we move through life, we must cultivate help to make the life we want happen. Workshop 2 will explain how to build your capacity and attract success into your life.

I would like to extend sincere thanks to Robin Crockett with Heaven Scent Cleaning, Akil West with SoleFolks, and Keonia Cook with Lovely’s Sewing and Art Collective for allowing me to share their stories in this workshop. Please be sure to check out all the amazing things they’re doing!

Tene Says...

Capacity is putting your vision board into action. Building your capacity will allow you to unleash, strengthen, create, connect and collaborate with others to help you achieve your goals.

Before proceeding to Workshop 3:

Answer the questions provided to help formulate a plan and get what you need to turn your dream into a reality.

Workshop 3: Realization

Living your best life does not mean your life is perfect. Life comes with rain showers, things to worry about, for some--horrendous experiences, and many disappointments. We can be defeated by challenging moments, or we can use them to elevate our passions, increase our capacity and live the lives we imagine. Workshop 3 will help you overcome the roadblocks that can hinder or slow down the manifestation of your new reality.

Tene Says...

We all are born with the potential to create the lives we imagine. However, many people spend their entire lives imagining a life of joy and prosperity, yet seldom take the time to make that life a realty. People that experienced trauma may react to the circumstances of their lives differently.

Congratulations!
